Indirectly manage 3rd party capital under the coverage of Parsonexcapital's FCA (UK) asset management license.
We apply a risk management layer to your trading strategy transforming it into a new asset class, the Parsonexcapital. It will replicate your entries and exits paying wholesale brokerage fees, 60% cheaper than retail.
Trading at wholesale rates and earning 15% in performance fees matches earning 20% in performance fees with retail commissions.
Parsonexcapital leverage is defined by our risk management algorithms. All Parsonexcapitals trade with a target risk level within the range of 3.25-6.5% monthly VaR at 95% confidence.
This risk management by Parsonexcapital algorithms is entirely independent from that of the Parsonexcapital provider. This enables compliance with regulatory requirements thus ensuring that you can get paid performance fees from our asset manager.
Intellectual Property
Your trades are not visible in real-time. Others only see in real-time your Parsonexcapital's return but can't see underlying open trades.
This way it's guaranteed that investors pay us 20% of their profits from the Parsonexcapital. If we showed them open trades, they could replicate your strategy on our platform investing only a small quantity and copy the strategy with much more capital outside of Parsonexcapital or could even sell the signal without you knowing it.
How Performance Fees Work
Performance Fees
Parsonexcapital charges a 20% performance fee on any 3rd party profit in Parsonexcapitals. 15% is for you, 5% for Parsonexcapital.
Quarterly Payments
Performance fees get paid quarterly on a High-Water Mark basis. An Investor's first investment in a Parsonexcapital marks the effective start date of the quarter investing in that Parsonexcapital.
Total Transparency
You'll be able to see individual investments and high-water mark quarter ends for every investor in your Parsonexcapital, updated daily.
