What is Parsonexcapital IA?
Parsonexcapital IA is our monthly capital allocation. We allocate up to € 7.5M notional to 120 Parsonexcapital every month. We maintain the allocation during 6 consecutive months to incentivize them to trade on the long run.
We pay 15% in performance fees on the profits generated during the 6 months * € 7.5M = € 45M allocated to Parsonexcapital.
Performance fees are paid out quarterly on a High-Water Mark basis. Allocations are cumulative, the same Parsonexcapital can receive allocation in different months.
Why Parsonexcapital IA?
We created Parsonexcapital IA with the aim to incentivize responsible trading among our traders. As opposed to other trading contests, in ParsonexcapitalIA prizes are meant to to be given to traders able to deliver consistent returns on the medium term.
D-Score being the most important factor for determining winners, the influence of luck is reduced, enabling allocations to strategies with solid fundamentals for generating returns in the medium term.
Prize format
The first 120 Parsonexcapital in each month's final ranking receive a capital allocation which is a multiple of the equity in their trading account, with a maximum for each leaderboard position.
For example, the Parsonexcapital in the first position receives an allocation 30 times the equity on the underlying trading account with a maximum of € 300,000; the Parsonexcapital in the second position receives an allocation 29 times the equity with a maximum of € 250,000 and so on.
Classification Criteria
The final ranking depends on three factors:

Global rating calculated by our algorithms based on the Parsonexcapital's last 9-18 months.

Return
Takes into account return obtained by the Parsonexcapital during the month of the competition.

Regularity
Compares the Parsonexcapital monthly activity with the average from the previous three months.
Who can participate?
What you need to participate in Parsonexcapital IA
Live Parsonexcapital trading account with a Parsonexcapital created on top of it.
Have less than 0.8 correlation with other Parsonexcapital that have a better D-Score than yours (or less than 0.5 with your other Parsonexcapital if you have more than one).
Your Parsonexcapital should be open to investment and have a monthly divergence better than -0.5%.
